If you are purchasing property through us we will arrange registration with the local council, NIE numbers and Residencias as needed as part of the package. If you have children of school age we will assist you in finding places at a suitable school.
In addition we will handle change of name for utilities, and any urbanisation fees, mailboxes etc. We can also help arrange temporary accomodation and reputable removal people.
We'll also show you around the area, introduce you to new friends, show you the nearest shops etc.

| For non property clients our services are available on a fee based service. Fixed rates for NIE and RESIDENCIA applications, per hour for most other services. A range of services are either free or discounted for members of our VIP Assistance package.
