We offer a competitive service and if you choose to use us, we will arrange for your property to be marketed here in Spain and in the UK both online and in printed media.
We work on a strict no sale no fee basis and will not ask you to contribute toward marketing costs or pay anything upfront. In return for our no sale no fee service we expect sellers to notify us of any changes in the status of their property, for example if they have accepted an offer, if they have withdrawn the property from sale, or if they have decreased or increased the asking price.
For our part we will keep you updated of any sales leads, arrange with you convenient times for viewings and keep you informed of marketing efforts.

| When selling your property in Spain you may be liable for Capital Gains Tax (CGT). For non residents CGT is 35% of the profits (difference in declared sale price from previous declared purchase price). If you are non resident, 5% of the total declared sale price will be withheld and paid directly to hacienda at time of completing the sale. This is usually more or less the same as the 35% CGT liability and is designed to stop people simply leaving the country and avoiding paying Capital Gains.
