For those who are already in the area or who haven't purchased through us we offer a range of fee based services to help them integrate into the local community and make life that much easier. We offer Spanish translation services which may include dealing with tradespeople on your behalf, helping you fill out forms or applications, be there when you visit the doctor, or translate documents. The fee for translation services are €15.00 Euros per hour including travel time, minimum 1 hour fee. Any additional third party fees or travel expenses are not included.
Property Owner clients benefit from free translation services during the sales purchase and for standard after-sales services. Membership of our VIP Assistance package is free to clients or just €25.00 Euros a month for non clients and gives you access to discounted services and 24/7 assistance if you need it. For document translations we can deal with clients around the World. For in person translations and assistance we operate in the Valencia region only - please contact us to confirm we can assist you in your local area.
